As pointed out on 90,000 other posts about this clock, that picture is a stock photo from Amazon.
Clocks are typically set at 10:10 in professional photos.

Another reason for the 10:10 is because the company's logo is usually on top between 10:10 so they put the hour and minute on the sides to showcase the company's name.
That’s not the point. It’s the fact Q posted it. If he wanted a different time posted he would’ve found it and posted it.
Nobody made this argument after the image was first posted by Q.
