Never said that every branch of every military is comped, don't strawman me. I think Russia's military would be an example of one country's military that is largely uncomped for example (though I don't know for sure of course).
But onto your next point: then which military is coming in on a white horse to save the day here in America then if not our own? I certainly don't hope that some foreign military would be responsible for rounding up corrupt government officials here at home.
