Update on the NY resies:
Food/keto - success. Day 9. 30 day dry - one day of fail - BUT in my defense, locked in with slides, road failures and mess. Had some wine, but asked hubby to pour out rest of bottle. On the dry wagon again today!
I’m doing a low carb diet. I was able to lose 10 pounds even during the holiday season including Thanksgiving. I am grateful. I try to eat under 100 carbs a day. It’s usually around 80, but it works either way. I can’t do the full keto, but there are so many different low-carb options. Now it makes it easy. Great job! I hope you’re successful.
