We can’t change their minds or protect them, which is a natural instinct with us as parents or grandparents. I pray, as I hope all of you do, that many are spared. I know I’m not the only one out there worried about all of this and afraid for loved ones.

Sounds to me it was his company's policy that got him to comply. To me, it all comes down to this: my wife was in the same situation with her company's 'COVID' vax☠xine dictate. I recall her crying because she knew the dangers. The coercion and pressure to submit was all crashing down on her at once. All her colleagues knew the danger as well, but caved to the mandate. She was terrified of losing her job and our house. After 18 years working for the company, her employment all came down to this? It is still hard to believe to this day. She was experiencing Stage 3 of a tragedy. I already witnessed the 1st Stage - Disbelief, then after that her Anger (Stage 2) and sense of betrayal. She was now desperate and irrationally ready to 'Bargain' (Stage 3) and wavering on 'sacrificing herself for the family. I told her losing her to the 'clot' shot was not an option. It wasn't an an option for the children either. Most of all, it is not only unfair, but wrong. I told my sweet love, "I don't care if we lose the house". Our children do not care about it either. We care about you. I said we are prepared to lose it all. Some how God will provide for us even if it means living in our car. I told her, "You are more important to us than anything else". We showed her that it's not about the money; the material things we have in life, but it is about her. She was most important to all of us. Thinking back, the turbulence and perils my family experienced really boiled down to the biblical truth that it is the 'love of money that is the root to all evil.' I believe we had to make this choice and were prepared to lose it all. My wife became a fighter and stood her ground against the company. She prevailed and my children and I are blessed to having this most beautiful mother and wife.
Your comment makes me emotional. I am so sorry she’s had to go through that and I’m at awe of your courage and faith and dedication to family. Thanks for lifting us up, I’m sure I’m not the only one.
My friend’s company didn’t have a mandate that I know of locally. We’re in Fl but as far as I know, he may have had to have one originally to travel because he does sometimes out of country and within the US. He’s kind of high in the company. So I get the initial pressure, possibly due to travel reasons but not 4. I’m grateful my job was ok with “hell no” but at first they were talking about being mandated and there was such a backlash they dropped it. The Florida people like me were not on board. So it taught me that our voices can make a difference.
It looks like someone removed my comment from the page. I can't find it any longer.
I can’t find it either but I can see it when I click on your sn. Why..
Same here. I don't see your comment either. Some animosity perhaps? Other? I can't proved it, but I have my suspicions that my posts are throttled too. If you know any mods , let them and me too. I
