100% This^ Those blue metro areas around the country are NOT blue. I've lived in 3 of them. The ppl/voters are definitely not blue. But those areas have perfected the fraud / rig. Illinois (as a former resident) is in reality uber RED. Chicago/cook county just have it rigged. The ppl vote red, the ppl who you would THINK would vote blue don't even vote. The fix is in.
