OPs link Is informing readers that the negotiated Rules Package DID pass despite nostradoomers telling everyone it would NEVER pass.

On /pol/ off topic comments are called "slides" which bait which seeks to capture readers attention and derail a positive conversation. Usually its done intentionally but not always.

Good news is, neither side can pass shit without the freedom caucus' deciding g votes. At least 4 of rhem have to side with the Republicans to pass stuff.
