Just because we heard today the case has been dismissed means nothing. It may be they dont want some people to know its going foreward.

If it was dropped or it's still going forward or not..... just meaning it's hard to believe anybody anymore with evidence or not, including the SC. I was just hoping like most, it would go forward nevertheless, it's doubtful.
