Watch the water: Anyone else out there seeing boil notices/water main breaks?

Water quality has gone completely down the drain. There's traces of pharmaceuticals in our water. Parasites can be found in the water as well. Our water quality has been quickly eroding the past decade. Do you have a TDS meter? It's been going up the past year.
We're talking lead, chlorine, parasites, fluoride, pharmaceuticals, sediment, etc.
If you can, install a reverse osmosis filter in your house.
I can attest to this π―.
Very true..... Many years ago, a drought caused me to recognize how bad the city water was. I recall turning on the faucet and not only could I see it, but could smell fuel oil. That's when I started to be very concerned about the drinking water. This reminds me I'm due to changing my RO filters in the house. I need to order filters soon. RO is a good means of removing toxins from the city water. I use to fill up 5 gallon glass jugs with Artesian water. It was cumbersome and a lot of effort. It was the best tasting water though.
Maybe the pipes froze at 17 degrees ooooooooo!
The necessary elaborateness of a waterborne attack makes it non-viable.
If you've ever had a fish tank you know how many chemical reactions go on in water.
The best you could hope for is something like e-coli.
Now, water contains more oxygen the colder it gets (another thing that affects chemical reactions, making chemical attacks a pain using water vector).
For biological water borne attacks, that's great. Organisms need the extra oxygen.
That is me doing my best to support your question.
I still don't think it's a concern.
Lastly, pipes burst all the time in the winter. That causes boil orders to go out for anyone potentially affected in a wider radius than you'd think.
This has been going on, off and on, in Zavalla , TX for many years. Incidences of cancer are thru the roof. City Hall sends out a disclaimer every 6 months stating that "the water supply has been known to cause cancer over a lifetime of use." Therefore, I drink bottled water. Only problem with that is all the contaminants they put in plastic bottles nowdays. It's probably causing cancer as well. If you want to do a gross but necessary experiment, spit in an Ozarka water bottle, or the like, and save your sputum for a week or two. Be sure to leave the lid off. I haven't tried it with it on. I have noticed it will turn fluorescent green over time. The sputum never evaporates and it never changes from fluorescent green. Just an observation I have made. Trying to follow the science with my own experimentation. New York Times/New York Post article will back up the cancer issue in Zavalla Tx if you google "Zavalla tx water supply" God Bless.
They just lifted the boil advisory in my little town. We have a new Mayor, a carpet bagger. He just moved here a few years ago. It was a runoff election. He fired the city workers, drainage projects from the previous Mayor has been halted, and the water was unfit to drink right after his swearing.
I think I should test my own water. I thinks they added something.
Oh! As for freezing, that was 2 weeks ago. The boil advisory was announced this last weekend.
Happens to us Northern Winter people every year with frost line and the depth of the freeeeeze
Interesting. Possible Comms vehicle, on the local level.
McDonald's Broken Ice Cream/I Scream machine has been decoded to symbolize current status of local cells.
There are a number of eyebrow raising events in Durham, NC timed with Sealed Indictment happenings.
While less local, Nuclear Power plants are also Comms vehicles. Clinton Power Plant, for example. News articles can be created about "hazardous violation went unchecked between 2013-2015, discovered my 3rd party inspector Flynn Durham blah blah blah" about the Plant, and convey specific meaning to those who are Comms Aware.
One itβs not uncommon for lines to break especially given the temperature in to when that occurs the issue boil water advisory
Was this post pulled? If so, why? I haven't seen any new comments since those that were made yesterday in about a 60 min time frame. Did somebody not like the info that was being shared? Curious minds want to know.
I deleted it. Got a lot of information about weather that was logically explaining the uptick and didnt want my post to stand as a distraction to the community.

I got one of those every other year when I lived in the city. City water is often gross I don't think it's special.
