Except that I was never one of the people saying that it was possible for the Brunsons to win. It was obvious to me that it wasn't.
This article was also posted here by someone a few weeks ago, but few people were willing to believe it. I posted it here today because of the comments saying that SCOTUS neglected their duty, committed treason, etc, by denying the case. Yes, SCOTUS has neglected their duty at times (such as by refusing to hear the Texas case), but they made the only decision that they could in this instance.
