As an Aussie I've seen people mention trump "only has until such amd such date to declare his president. Any chance its this month or is it totally different date? I'm not getting excited about the decode like prior date fags just in case

I don't remember a date by which PDJT would have to "declare his president" but He would be unable to run in 2024 if he retook the office before the Jan. 20th because of the 22nd amendment.

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once.
