Mods will give you a pepe when you get 40k points (updoots for posts and comments). I lurk and comment a lot but only post once in awhile. I think posting is probably a quicker route.
The Moderators give them to you when you reach a certain number of points for comments/posts. I don't know the magic number, but I reached mine a couple of months ago. Maybe at 43K points posts and 5K comments? Your mileage may vary.
