For many who have served in a combat arms M.O.S. (Infantry, in particular), the term soldier is reserved for those in those combat M.O.S's, simply wearing a uniform does not a soldier make. All who wear a uniform are service members, not all service members are soldiers.
Don’t conflate soldier with patriot.
Soldiers are breed to follow orders.
I repeat, that is not a soldier, a service member I'll grant. Patriot, perhaps. Have you ever served?????
I did serve.
It’s where I had my awakening.
I finished my contract and got out.
If I was enlisted today, I would have been kicked out for refusing, and I say that because I lost my job for the same reason.
Tell me why you don’t think that’s a soldier?
