The Discord channel tie-in was interesting to me. Distribution? $2.4 million bail is high for someone “just” possessing it.
With all of the other arrests we’ve seen in trafficking, I wonder if this is part of the roll up of the upper/next tier of those enabling/distributing it.
Says it right there, he had already been caught transmitting it. The implications of that would be that he was sharing it directly, which would definitely make him at minimum someone who sourced it to other people to sell.
He better hope for his sake that they don't find that he was actively creating it because it can still get worse for him
