I started taking black seed oil, it's cumin oil. It can be used for many things. Between that and taking NAC, I've never been better. Sworn off doctors for life.

I hear ya on the sinus.. I got nose bleeds for 3 fucking months post-covid. Thank the 9 hells I wasn't jabbed, I'd probably have had a brain bleed.
