Personally, I view these posts as invitations to be mentally playful and have a fun Q inspired work out.

These work outs remind me of when Q was running an intense boot camp to get anons in shape for these now times.

Those who join in the fun typically share fascinating and evocative tidbits. Brainstorming freely is exhilarating.
