Pfizer is still fighting and settling lawsuits claiming Lipitor causes type II diabetes. Space Dr. Duane Graveline took Lipitor and claimed it causes memory loss. Let buyers beware.

Oh, that's probably something the frogs all need to read. Thanks.
I have the book "Selling Sickness." The first chapter is about cholesterol IIRC. It's a bit of a high-level book. "The Great Cholesterol Con" by Dr. Malcom Kendrick goes deeper into the issue. Cholesterol is there to protect your body. Over the winter break, I watched a video by Dr. Shiva on his YT channel in which he says that it it homocysteins, not cholesterol, which cause heart attacks. People deficient in B6, B12, and folic acid are susceptible to homocysteins. He said that vegetarians who don't do it right (likely vegans) think they avoid heart disease with their diet but because they don't get enough of these in their diets, they end up getting heart attacks themselves. He did a livestream on cholesterol for about an hour. Good stuff.
I will go watch the Dr. Shiva livestream then.
I know about vegetarian not eating correctly. I tried in high school and within 3 months, didn't have the strength to push open high school door. Quit. Study and now understand.
Vegans are the worst, as they are essentially a cult that worships soybeans. Soy is an antinutrient that leeches calcium from your bones. 20 years ago, I was a soyboy because back then nobody knew about how crapp soy was. I thought I was being healthy, because I was lactose intolerant. After being diagnosed for high risk of osteopena in my late 20s, I quit that crap after about 5 years of drinking it, built up my healthy bacteria from eating organic yogurt, and now I can drink whole milk all day with no problem.

Holy shit, so young! Glad you woke up 👍
Moderation is always better. Don't eat too much meat, starch, cheese, milk, coffee or anything.
Most healthy people live moderately.
