A natural source of NAC is the common onion - one onion a day would equal the dose of NAC found in most of these studies. Fresh pineapple and pineapple juice contain bromelain just as dried pineapple does. So if you want to mimic what was done in the study just eat 1 onion and a serving of pineapple once per day. So many dishes contain onion it's easy to incorporate it.
