The form also says if the amount exceeds $75,000 for the year you must also fill out a Form 8938. The easy fix around that is ....not claim it on your taxes.

So, Joe Biden collected $600,000 in rent and never claimed it on his taxes for 6 years.

I am being generous, the tax rate on $600,000 would be aprox 25%. Most likely much higher depending on the tax bracket Joe is in.

Fiirst Year 25% = $187,500 x 3% = $193,125

Fourth year 25% = $400,155 x 3% = $412,159

Fifth year 25% = $515,199 x 3% = $530,645

Sixth year 25% = $663, 318 x 3% = $683.,217

Didn't the media always point out that Joe Biden was one of the least wealthy members of the Senate during his tenure there? This kind of shit didn't start because he was VP ... This had to have been going on for a long, long time ... And the media had to be fucking in on it.
