It's an old video from the beginning of the pandemic.
He's just saying a reasonable thing.
It just doesn't jive with what he did, which is censor that opinion.
And that begs the question, why would he say one thing in "private" and yet say and do another in public? Mastermind, or useful idiot? I tend to suspect that Zuck is just a higher level puppet, but nevertheless a puppet.
