A decision on charges in the "Rust" shooting that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins will be announced Thursday, according to the district attorney's office that serves Santa Fe County in New Mexico.

Why did it take so long to investigate this? It's not like a bank robbery gone wrong were the suspect is still at large.
