Anything can fire a live round. Hell, as a kid I'd throw rocks at shotgun shells. Stupid? Yes. But it works. All you need is a force hitting the ignition point.
Prop guns don’t even have the firing capability, to fire a live round. A hammer and nail would have a chance, a prop gun is closer to a cap gun. Just straight up not able. Real guns and live rounds will not be on a movie set, unless someone had bad intentions.
Sadly my experience in some of this is from my younger days modeling, and trying to go into films. Meeting many people, I’m glad I no longer have anything to do with. They were very nice people, but I think now…how much crap was I about to get into in. And this was several years ago. Thank you Lord.
I am glad intervention occurred to get you out of that scene. I am so thankful that my son's own acting career was very short lived as a move out of state changed the course of an acting gig he was involved in that was just being pitched to Pedowood. By the grace of God, our whole family was removed from that world and did not have to find out through first hand experience what it is all about. Only problem is, many of his former child actor friends are still involved in it, two in particular, and one I really think has been exposed to far too much for such a young child and I am afraid of what she may have already experienced in that world...
Well no, not anything..I never said that. But is it possible for somethings? Yes. But a prop gun, would never be able to. It’s like snapping your fingers, and being able to fire a live round. Not gonna happen. Prop guns don’t have the mechanisms, nor the capability to even hold a real live round. And neither are allowed on movie sets. Except by, as ive said, security, or…someone with bad intentions. Which is what this was. Question is, who?
Right, I'm the one saying it. Anything can fire a live round if it is able to provide enough force to the ignition. You can throw a rock at a live round and if you hit it right it will explode.
But a prop gun, would never be able to
It wasn't a prop gun. It was a replica gun being used as a prop.
someone with bad intentions. Which is what this was. Question is, who?
That's a great question! Problem I have in this thread are that people are playing detective and pretending they solved the case
