If the plandemic preyed on fear than a cyber shutdown is not any different. What they will claim is that the CBDC is more secure and safer and thus they will corral people into the CBDC like they corralled people into the poison jabs.

Create catastrophe, offer solution, force people into solution. Rinse and repeat.
