By this the 'enemy' gets probably a bid destablised, if we are successful with quantity and endurance.

This seems significant to me. Dismissing experienced military right now when eastern Europe is unstable seems to be counterproductive. There must be a strategic reason.
Also remember that in Germany the Defense minister Lambrecht asked for release and we now have a seemingly hardliner (SPD), with no experience in the Bundeswehr heading our defense forces!
