I won’t down vote you because you spoke what you believe. I believe everyone has a right to their opinions. Neither makes you or I right or wrong. I was raised in church and the Bible or beliefs isn’t foreign to me and I’ve never questioned it. I’ve watched documentaries on other religions because I want to learn and know what others believe. I was saved in my twenties. For non believers that means I’ve accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. (More details as to what that means can be found online. I’m not here to preach to anyone. Others that know the scripture might be better at this. I’ve got a long way to go on learning the Bible. Bottom line my feelings on this is what does a person have to lose by believing in Christ? If it’s all BS and you die and that’s the end of you I haven’t lost anything. From the time I was a small child I always felt like someone was watching over me. (Long story I had a great childhood but a little bit of verbal abusive can either make you want to fight for your happiness or make you give up.) I’m the type person that would fight in a situation of fear or flight. My brother is the opposite. I truly believe God put people in place to make my life better and peaceful. Again I’m not trying to discredit your beliefs because the God I believe in says every man has a choice. He knows not everyone will accept him and have eternal life with him in Heaven.
