Not only is Biden in trouble, so also his lawyers, as they could not be briefed into activities that they supposedly wouldn't have known about, and handling TS/SCI material. Notice that no one is talking about chain of custody and custodial receipts. If they are real documents, they had a previous custodian. The documents should be audited against the custodial records to see who had them last. Or---and this is my favorite theory---that all copies are accounted for...and these are unauthorized copies.
