I have a gas stove. In the last month the flame has turned yellow. I cleaned the air intakes and looked in the manual and the only adjustments are to change the orifices. I've had this stove for over 2 years. Is this a gas supply problem?

No, I don't believe it has anything to do with gas supply when your gas stove flame turns yellow. Typically if it's yellow, it means there's a lack of oxygen coming through to 'feed the flame'. Something may have been clogged or needed cleaning.....grease build up can cause this.
Sorry, I have nothing to contribute, I just Beavis'd out when I read orifice. hehehehe
In my experience, and if you have a removable diffuser plate, it could be slightly out of alignment causing the poor mixing noted in one of the earlier comments. Simply attempt to reseat the diffuser plate and round cap on top, so they are both are aligned and it should fix the problem. Or if you’ve already done this with no luck, There are some other good recommendations here.
There are purity standards for commercial natural gas so that would be well down the troubleshooting list in my opinion. Good luck!
Thanks everyone for your comments. As it turns out I just put in a cool mist humidifier. I turned it off in the kitchen and most of the yellow flames are gone now. Who would have thought.
It must be. I've had the same gas stove I bought new about 22 years ago. If you keep the burner ports clean ( I clean mine with a toothpick/be careful not to break off) then there should be nothing wrong with your flame. I have never had an orifice go bad, but it could happen. Other than that, if you keep it clean and the portholes unclogged, your gas stove should last you a lifetime. Other than that, I would check online for an answer before calling a repair man.
There is all kinds if stuff in natural gas. It's typically only 80-85% gas. They add mercaptain for the smell, and there is various other things. Oil, diesel/ gas, water are also all in the lines that could be cutting off perfect flow. Not sure where you are in the nation but a system that is 55-60 operating psi is only a 1/4 psi or 7"wc I'm your house. Alot of variables. I work for a gas utility so have some understanding of the system.
Do you have a cool mist humidifier? I used to have one and it caused the flames on my gas stove to turn orange/yellow.
