I don’t know but my blood pressure is lowered by adding psyllum husks to my keto pastries and also by my daily piano practice. Maybe NS also contributes.
thanks for details/I'll have to look for psyllium today. as for the piano practice...i took lessons for over a decade/still can't play an entire song from memory;) need to work on that this spring.
There’s an app called « Flowkey » which I subscribed to. After a year and a few months I now can play « Pro-Level » songs. Psyllum is easy to find. Unless the supermarket people have never heard of it. It’s basically fiber which your lower intestine crave to eliminate the toxins. A tea spoon in a glass of water a day is sufficient.
