I always grab a dozen boxes of z pac ..as well as Cipro and ivermectin,, I also get injectable steroids which are really cheap the injectables have no taste , u squirt them in juice they’ve saved my daughters life , she’s special needs and gets bronchitis or pneumonia easy so a few doses and she’s able to breathe , no coughing , can rest praise God !!! I haven’t taken her to any doctors even before Covid but I won’t let her near them now !
