5 Need help. Is it true all documents Trump had in his possession when raided were declassified? I have heard this. Anyone have helpful links on this? posted 1 year ago by Gmlogmd1776 1 year ago by Gmlogmd1776 +5 / -0 7 comments share 7 comments share save hide report block hide replies
Simple - A sitting president has the ability to declassify ANYTHING he wants to. If PDJT had them and he says they were already declassified - prove him wrong.
Literally go watch videos of him saying it himself.
I was kind of hoping for an independent article confirming it. A clip of Trump stating will not be helpful to me in this red pill situation.
Only the president himself has the power to declassify. As a matter of clarity, let’s contrast Biden’s theft of classified documents with Trump’s lawful handling of presidential records. As the commander-in-chief under our Constitution, the president of the United States has the absolute power to declassify records as he sees fit. In addition, under the Presidential Records Act, a departing president can take a personal copy of any of his presidential records—classified or not. The vice president is afforded neither of these privileges.
Thank you. I did not see this article.
