Not sure, but it is very likely that the 9 minutes of CPR is not even a factor. That is actually a very short amount of time. Some oxygen use after a crazy incident like that is also normal, I have seen it quite a bit during my time working on the hospital floors. It doesn't mean it is permanent O2 use but I think you get what I mean.
I am not saying your wrong, this is very weird but from the information we are given, medically it makes sense. Like I said before he could actually be dead, the no face thing is very weird.

The first trainer immediately knew what was going on. He instantly grabbed the radio, and is visibly panicked. It then cuts to commercial. So he’s sitting pulseless for at most like 10 seconds that I have seen, the time frame after that I don’t know. Could have started immediately at commercial, in which case, that’s a very quick reaction, and extremely short down time.
