I’m not willing to put myself in an early grave being upset at old granny’s wearing a mask at Walmart, nor an early grave by vocally berating someone for doing something that isn’t illegal. Are any of you running on or supporting a political platform where wearing a medical mask is a felony? If someone’s not committing a crime I couldn’t give a damn what they’re doing, people are allowed to be weird. I enjoyed conflict when I was a blackout drunk who made a habit of waking up with broken knuckles and ribs and loose teeth, because maybe next time they’ll have a knife, or a .38 in their waist, and I won’t have to wake up. I know there’s other alcoholics who go out hoping for a fatal physical altercation, yes during the daytime. Point being people aren’t black and white. My girlfriend hates weird/creepy old men calling her pretty at Walmart, she quite literally wears a mask as a burka only there, to hide from the male gaze. Do I stop her? No, because I don’t give a shit and I know what kind of filthy things attractive women hear every day in public.

Your anger is misplaced. Use that anger and put it towards something productive. Americans focusing their rage on each other over shit like masks still is exactly why politicians stir the shit pot. so these kind of posts upset me a bit. I feel that a lot of rather popular social media accounts on the right push this, and I’m well aware and you should all be too, that think tanks funded by both sides want you to hate your fellow man. Anyone who wants you to hate your fellow Americans is a traitorous dog in my opinion.

Long story short- are you acting out at this stuff because your brain needs a rest from it? There are malevolent forces that want you doing this, don’t let them win. I wish people could give it a rest sometimes. But that last sentence is me just shouting into the abyss as I’ve always done.

I mean this genuinely, as I have never heard it defined and it seems to be getting used as if it’s got an official definition . What is turbo cancer and what makes it different than say, regular old highly aggressive rapidly growing cancer? That existed pre Covid.

If you’re so angry over seeing someone else do this that you actually act on it, I’d recommend consuming a little less of whatever content is making you that furious that you take it out on fellow Americans out in public. I should have replied to original OP my apologies.

In my opinion, anyone who wants to better themselves and their family’s lot in life through education should be encouraged. If someone feels they lack the constitution and intelligence to not come out of it brainwashed and indoctrinated, fine don’t go. It’s up to parents to properly raise and actually talk to their kids and there’s nothing to worry about. If they do come out with different political opinion then it’s a person who just goes where the wind blows anyway. Idk. You can’t compete with foreign migrants with no highschool diploma.

Can we just make a different board for all users who want to talk about how much better and stronger Russia is than the US? I’m so sick of reading this shit.

I’m curious why people extend this even further than they already do. 17.0 and 170.0 are not the same number, willfully bending numbers to fit this bias isn’t healthy, and this stuff can kinda make you seem nuts to people.

It happens every brood, about 10% are infected with it. Their gonads fall off and and they spread spores as they move about until they die. It’s clickbait, the same as anything with ‘zombie’ in the title.

The black hats have access to all information you have and more. This isn’t a secret website, Biden himself being a false flag presidency has never made sense to me, and would just lead to war if it was true. I think people forget nothing here is secret in any way.

I followed the train derailment and all of the nonsense people pushed during it, and this is also the first I’ve heard of plastic forming droplets raining.

He’s only world leading according to himself and those he pays. This is what, his 3rd or 4th variation of the sky is falling? He changes it every year or so, and his continued use of hyperbole and fear mongering to sell shit is the oldest trick in the book.

Zappbradigan 2 points ago +2 / -0

Himself, and several other doctors he pays to say that on his website. He’s been selling a doomsday narrative with his own cures for it from the get go, I don’t understand why people are still giving him the time of day.

Having just looked up his initial prediction that’s not fully true. His initial ‘doomsday’ prediction was that the variants would continuously spiral into one that kills everyone. He’s taken that partial truth and been selling that the sky is falling in slowly, but surely different ways over the years. He’s never been open about that mistake, and his ego in everything he writes makes me question him even further.

The post bugs me because it’s disingenuous. You state 96 food plants destroyed. Thats not what the list in the link says. Most of the events listed are not destroyed factories, it seems to be a list of any and all fire related incidents at food facilities, pretty far off from what the title states. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong

If that’s the game we’re playing, I worked on the ambulance and a trauma center. I’ve seen a few thousand people naked by now, I’ve had sex with large athletic women who make short guys look puny, people will think you’re a deranged weirdo when you rant rave so much about it. Don’t let one person you don’t know consume so much of your emotion’s man. It’s such a poison, the pure unfettered hatred some people have on here. I just don’t have time to hate people like that anymore, idk. Live your life how you want if this attitude works for you I guess.

Having lived in a D1 university town and dating a hockey player and a gal on the rowing team, I can tell you have lived a pretty sheltered life in terms of the variety of sizes and shapes women come in. Youre just really fervently defending the fact that you haven’t seen any large athletic women that are D1 caliber athletes before. Take a chill pill, it’s a weird hill to die on.

That’s not an abnormal time frame for an NTSB investigation. Read one sometime, they are very thorough.

I guess I don’t understand. Almost everybody here wants the gov’t to not start rebuilding the bridge until insurance pays for it? It would be years and years and the full amount for it likely will never come. People aren’t using a lot of logic on this one and it’s so strange.

3
Zappbradigan 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why would insurance not be involved? This happened in Florida in 1980, sunshine skyway bridge collapse. The gov’t will of course pay for the bridge to get it built, and pursue lawsuits along with everybody else involved to get their money back, which will take years.

Does anybody know where this narrative that insurance won’t be involved came from? It should go without saying that besides the ship and its cargo and the bridge, that people were killed while on the job. lawyers will pay for their summer home off this, and insurance will be intensely involved as it tries to limit how large the checks it write will be.

The ship and its cargo were damaged, why wouldn’t insurance investigate? And even if they are on the hook for it, I wouldn’t expect the insurance companies to cough up the money to start construction in any time frame that is less than years.

From a direct hit, certainly not, they admitted that shortly after it was built. The ‘dolphins’ that protect them are only good for deflection, it’s quite hard to find good technical specs of these on various bridges however, so I can’t say for sure that ANY ‘dolphin’ as these bumpers are known are rated to take a collision from one of these ships.
