He signed it because our State assembly is brain dead, but it isn’t legal since it conflicts with both Federal Law, and California State Law. Yes, NewScum is just this dumb to get himself sued out of office! He’ll sign anything for padded cheat votes. He’s certainly a Fracking Communist!
