when comparing current election signatures you compare to most recent previous election's (such as 2020) signature. if you read twatter comments the libtards claim with the confidence of a true idiot how dumb Kari is for showing 2020 signatures not realizing they're the ignorant morons
It is actually a problem. No court is going to allow 2020 evidence into court in a case about the 2022 election. None of the 2020 problems (of which there are a lot) can be used as a basis to claim they happened in 2022.
The main problem with her case is the statutory framework for challenging elections. The time line is absurdly short; and all the damning evidence in possession of the defendant with no time to compel its production. The process for challenging rigged elections is itself rigged.
what?!? you dont know what you speak of wrt to 2020. this isn't about challenging the 2020 election and that's not what she's doing. and signatures from 2020 or 2016 or whenever CAN be used for verifying a 2022 signature
as for her ability to challenge 2022, she has done that in TIMELY manner and she has appealed in a timely manner so there's that. whether corrupted courts will listen and give fair shake is completely different and there you might prove to be right imho
Using 2020 signatures to verify 2022 is one thing, but I am pretty sure these are not 2022 ballots. I would be floored if anyone except Katie Hobbs has the ballot envelope images from 2022. My comment is with that assumption. So, with that in mind, I stand by what I said. No matter how fucked up the 2020 signatures were, that isn’t going to be admissible to prove 2022 was as fucked up or worse. Can they take those sigs and compare them to 2022? Sure. But I don’t think anyone is doing that. It took the AZ Senate like a year to extract those envelopes to give to Dr. Shiva. No way they have the 2022 ones already.
fair point/argument and I've not traveled far enough down this rabbit hole to speak intelligently about if they have access, or could reasonably have access, to 2022 signatures
hopefully something good is on the horizon one way or the other

Is the one on the right not 2022 and the left 2020? They're definitely comparisons of the same name.
