As much as I love the song I do have to point out that we know as little of the truth about the French Revolution as we do about most of history. It was a terrible period. Sorry that song always distracts me. But my point in posting the videos is that it turns out there were 'agents' even then that were promoting the uprising. It was not as organic as we've been led to believe. I now wonder if ANY revolution has been an actual movement of the people.
