The vegan mom by me doesn’t use fluoride toothpaste and her daughter has a mouth full of cavities despite their diet being vegan and no (or very little) sugar.
Carbohydrates are turned into glucose by the body. Not surprised daughter has cavities!! When carbs are chewed, cavity causing bacteria thrive on the stuff!

Honestly they don’t look healthy on sight. They have a baby that is being raised vegan too. I assumed she nursed though. When the kid comes over to play, she wants to eat all our food. I feel sorry for her.
