True. My two oldest friends (more than 35 years) are two Gay guys who got married in Calif and now live in Europe... anyway.... no way would they think messing with little boys is acceptable! They are very moral human beings. But I also know a couple total degenerate gay guys and three insane lesbians.

Agreed about the term "paedophile" - you could say the same about homophobic or transphobic. They're not usually "scared" ("phobic") of gay / trans people, they just hate them. I think it's hatred rather than fear that's the predominant feeling.
