I'm wondering if a VP has classified documents if that doesn't ultimately fall on that presidents shoulders?
Let's modify the crime to a different one and ask the same sort of hypothetical question. "If a VP is a homosexual pedophile and is caught anally raping little boys, doesn't that ultimately fall on the president's shoulders?"
Except in the Christian religion, one person being punished for the wrong actions of another is a definition of injustice.

Totally agree! I just don't know if a VP is allowed to view classified documents without presidential approval.
