He is saying Pence is an idiot programmed by the uniparty system....which made him a good choice for DJT who needed a predictable drone for VP..Someone who could never survive in the Corporate world. DJT could foresee Pence's every move...he might have hoped to awaken Mike in the end, but the drone followed uniparty orders and woke up many sleepers with his bling following of Uniparty (DS) orders....
