I’ve see a few people who believe meat is the most healthy food to eat. For example the carnivore diet which even goes the complete opposite of what we think about veggies. One thing is for certain, we certainly didn’t eat processed wheat until the industrial revolution, thus, our bodies aren’t used to eating it.
I want real data on the health aspects of meat and fats. Do they really cause high cholesterol? What clogs arteries?
Edit; Any recommended books?
Lost 55 lbs from 235 to 185 and just weighed today and was still 185 AND blood pressure was lower also...
AND I AT EGGS/BACON/MEATS/VEGGIES/NO PROCESSED CRAP!!!
Fantastic job fren!! I was stuck at 200 for the longest time. 2 weeks after diet ive been at 185 too (my ideal weight for my height) and haven't stayed squarely at 185 too. Keep it up!!
I would do carnivore but i don't want to lose weight. From what I understand carbs are essential to gain muscle?
How was the first week on it? Did you get carb withdrawal?
One gets used to it...I filled up on NATURAL PROTEIN...eggs, bacon AND NO BUTTER/TOAST/COFFEE w/SUGAR/WHEAT FREE STUFF...AND TONS OF SALADS...AND OF COURSE--->WORKING OUT!!!
Keeping the pie-hole full requires MORE SELF-DISCIPLINE than they realize but it was worth. When I give platelets and/or plasma my RESTING HR = 118-120/67-77 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅😅😅😎😎😎😎😎
Tons of salads = carbs! Not massive amounts but a little bit of carbs. I might start out with sweet potatoes to ease myself into it Congrats on your health!
