That silly little fence was meant to let people in. They are stepping right over it. Was this “fence” always there or did they put it there in preparation for the rally? Because if they put it there in preparation for the rally, I would argue that they fully intended to give people access. They just had the ‘plausible deniability’ 3 foot fence up, which kept no one out. Planned?
