Organic farmer Jeff Bednar of Profound Foods says at least that's the goal. Bednar says lately the federal government is taking labeling more seriously.He says many hope this will lessen the current labeling fraud

Peel all apples. Never drink apple juice not from the USA. Apples are the most heavily sprayed crop. Name anything ending in cide and it is used on apples. Pesticide, mildecide, herbicide, fungicide. The run off contaminates the ground water.
