They're probably just doing it to prevent Ukraine from getting them.
If that were the case, Russia would get them anyway....
But they may choose not to deploy them. They would have different logistics to the Russian stuff.
IF Bidan sends our M-1s to Ukraine, I think Putin would use M-1s against them....

The Taliban more than likely wasn't going to reverse engineer any of the tech but the Russians might be able to gain insight into technological weaknesses.
