They don't have a choice imo.
For sure, I don't have many regrets in life but being on fb 10 years ago is one kek
Funny you said that about hetero because me and my brother were just making jokes about hetero pride month. Let you freak flag fly hetero KEK!
Maybe they finally understand the inevitable and decided that nothing indeed can stop what is coming and are trying to get out ahead of the shit storm coming down on big tech.
Why now? Because this about killing Truth Social and other alternative social media like Gab. The US intelligence agencies that run Twitter and Facebook are mad that Americans are moving on to social media platforms beyond their control. So they're making concessions like permitting Trump back on to their platforms and unbanning some, not all, conservative accounts in hopes that Americans will come back to their controlled platforms.
You need to ask who “they” are, now.
Zuckerberg is losing his money , trying to change coarse, I hope Trump allows him to hit the rocks.
And then buy it and convert it to truth maybe?
I think it's because they justified his bans due to the J6 fiasco and now the tapes are going to be released, proving them wrong. They're trying to get out ahead of whatever the videos reveal to control the narrative.
I get that, but what does unbanning them do? It's not like he's ever going to go back in there. It's like a too little too late thing. Facebook is going the way if myspace
I agree, but I don't think they're doing it in hopes that President Trump will actually come back. Instead, they can now point at his reinstatement and say to the sheep, "Look how magnanimous and fair-minded we are. We've reinstated Trump."
Unfortunately, there are many who will look at only the very surface of this new development and think all is just fine and big tech wasn't in the wrong because they 'fixed it'.
In other words, they are looking to deceive the sheep, not to right their wrongs.
Facebook went Myspace when my grandma got on it. It went obsolete when my boss sent me a friend request.
Agreed... I have all but left it. Only thing keeping me there is a few groups that I'm in that won't move elsewhere.
I use a burner account to use the FaceTime services with long distance family. Its still the best option as an android user. I wouldn't add a damn thing personal to that DARPA honeypot.
