I think the rationale is that "coming weeks" could be the weeks following deltas. So in this case it's 5 years plus some small number of weeks. Otherwise it's 6 years plus, then 7 years plus, etc.
Many are simply assuming without evidence that whenever Q wrote that xyz would occur "in the next few days" or "in coming weeks", he really meant 2 years, then 3, then 4, 5 years later instead.
I get it but have a hunch the anon was on the right track who posted this week that this approach is misguided and gave the links to the Q clock for assessing deltas. We'll have to see what happens in coming weeks :)
