Yes but if you read the LoW you will know if this is emergency vs martial law. This LoW was published 4 days before Trump announced his candidacy. If you match up LoW with the EO and Trumps announcements, you can get a more clear picture.
Maybe I am too jaded and just dont trust politicians much any longer is all :/ I pray there are good ones still left, but seems the ones we thought were good just end up disappointing us by showing us their true colors.
