At the 2:48 mark where he talks about "eliminating the DEI bureaucracy" he ain't kidding. That whole DEI bit is a giant scam. Someone at Ohio State told me their DEI budget is like $350 mil a year or some huge number like that. How many poor kids from the hood or rural areas could have gone to OSU on a full ride scholarship? Instead it goes to some diversity hires who funnel millions to idiot consultants.
