Pfizer's lawyers will respond saying-- "No this is not true. This individual is basically a staffing person that has no knowledge of management decisions". End of story. Rubio can now go back to sleep.

IMO the very design of mRNA, using just the spike protein, opens the door for a mutation runaway --- also antibody-dependent-enhancement.
