That's what I mean-parental control. Who gets hired, fired, whose a good teacher, what's being taught, etc. I find some issues with increased federal/top down anything because it's easily infiltrated and becomes a cesspool funded by the taxpayers.
I did, just was iffy on the federal part, that's all. His plan is based and hopefully will destroy the PS system as we know it so it can become a place where education happens. I do think that education by nature has a component of indoctrination though and without a judeochristian worldview, what you end up with will still be lacking, because we, as Created people in God's image were made to glorify Him and enjoy Him forever. Our founding fathers based education on scripture. Kids learned to read using the Bible, kids were taught God's laws. Jefferson is taken out of context when we demand no religion in school (what they mean is no Christianity in PS-- they allow the teaching of Islam, they allow the religion of darwinism and humanism) religion is taught everyday in our schools. What Jefferson was saying was that government could not restrict our practice of religion in any sphere, not did the founders want a state sanctioned religion (in the catholic church, Lutheran church, Anglican church set up equal to and part of the government).
"pink haired communist"
I fuckin love my president!
High Energy! We don’t need any pink-haired commies teaching our kids!
He looks great!
That’s a BAD MAN…
FIRE!!!
Good start. But honestly, just putting schools under local control only would typically do the job

I'll only impressed if he acts like this in office. That was his mistake last time. He got too timid.
