Seems to me that the Cabal merged the Clown's Operation Mockingbird and the FBI's COINTELPRO into one über corrupt program, but instead of keeping it within the Fed Govt (thus available for Congressional oversight), [they] set up "private" orgs like ADS to keep that politician's and public unaware.
