Yeah I agree - upon seeing the footage of the attack and the break-in, I see this as a plausible scenario. I'd even say Pelosi was just chillin' at home in his underwear when the guy broke in...and likely staff weren't there at the time as it was the middle of the night. He could have been up watching TV or who knows what.
